      Bistro et Terroir is known to all of Paris for its homemade pâté, Its Parisian decor : wooden tables, plank floors and Thonet chairs lend it a certain cachet and a touch of elegance. Warm and easy, it's the perfect setting for a relaxing moment and a famous meal! Not to be missed are the fish paté, tapenade and pesto, Sauternes fois gras or port-wine poultry. The dishes change with the seasons even if the oft-requested favorites of the regulars: free-range pork chop or the sea bass with fennel stay on the menu. The chocolate mousse was voted the 3rd best mousse in Paris by Figaro Magazine. Wine lovers won't be disappointed; the cellar is bursting with well-loved organics. Formerly Les Terrines de Gérard Vié, Bistro et Terroir was taken over by a family trio in March 2010. These unconditional lovers of good food gave it new life while preserving the traditional recipes and spirit.
