      They say the truth comes out of of the mouths of babes ... or La Bocca della Verita ! This charming restaurant on a cobble-stoned street in Saint-Germain, with an outdoor terrace with orange and lemon trees, transports you to Italy. The chic, light decor brings to mind the modern etablishments of Rome, where Leonardo, one of the associates, was born. He opened La Bocca della Verita with Marie and Florence, two actress sisters, a year ago. The ladie's menu offers light, tasty dishes. Specialties include Taglioni with salmon, pistachios and vodka, or the classic "Tortelloni with white truffles." When they asked a Roman chef for secret recipes that didn't exist in Paris, he proposed pink risotto for the ladies and an azure, smoked salmon risotto for the gentleman ! The ricotta cheesecacke and tiramisu have even Italians cheering. Menus start at 17€.
